Introducing Cognitive Analytic Therapy

This one-day event provides an overview of CAT – A time-limited, evidence-based therapy now well established in the NHS and used widely to treat a variety of mental health problems including patients with complex needs.

The course offers information to those considering applying for the Berkshire CAT Practitioner Training. A two year part-time course accredited by the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy and SheffieldHallamUniversity. Next course starts September 2011.

The course will be led by trainers Philippa Gardner and Julia Coombes.
