Repertory Grid Applications and an Update of use of Dialogical Sequence Analysis 19th Nov 2010
John Bristow, CAT Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer, leads a CAT Workshop:
Repertory Grid Applications and an Update of use of Dialogical Sequence Analysis
Date: Friday, 19th November, 2010
Time: 10.00 – 16.30
Venue: Large Committee Room, Guy's Campus, Kings College, London SE1 1UL.
Aims: With case examples during the morning workshop John will show the use of the Grid with the client to aid reformulation, the clarification of the focus and targets of therapy and the evaluation of outcomes against these. This tool is all the more accessible now that ACAT has the software available for easy downloads from the website of Finn Tschudi who developed it. John can offer support by email in setting this up and interpreting and using the results over the first few clients. In the afternoon John will also illustrate the use of DSA (Dialogical Sequence Analysis) with transcripts and voice recordings from the first session and discuss how this can be used alongside the Dyad and States grids.
Who for? This workshop is open to all ACAT members and also non-members but it could be particularly relevant to supervisors who would like to see if these tools would be useful in their practice.
Course Trainer: John Bristow is a CAT Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer who has been teaching and training CAT for many years.
This event is 5 CPD hours.
Please note that lunch will not be provided.
