Public Engagement Meeting
25th January 2019

WARNING! This event has passed.

How well do we communicate about Cognitive Analytic Therapy?

This is the second of two public engagement meetings, the first having taken place in Manchester in October.

The meeting will be informed by further responses to our anonymous survey which is open to all.  If you have already completed the survey, thank you - if not and you would like to do so, please click on the 'survey monkey' link below.  The survey will give you an opportunity to tell us your views on how we explain and share information about Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) online.  It will be hepful to us to gather views from as wide a range of people as possible over the next couple of months.

We are also seeking to engage up to six experts-by-experience to join us for the January meeting.  People would need to have some knowledge or experience of CAT, plus interest in how we communicate about it online.  They wouldn't need to have any specific technical knowledge.  The focus will be on exploring and developing material to help refresh the public-facing parts of the website.  ACAT can offer reasonable travel expenses plus a participation fee of £20 per hour (non-members).  We would also like to involve one or two more ACAT members, but unfortunately the budget doesn't stretch to paying for members' time or expenses.

If you want to get more involved in the meeting, or in other ways, you can leave your contact details at the end of the survey, or contact us separately on admin@acat.me.uk

A flyer for this event may be downloaded from this page for display - thank you
