I am a chartered forensic psychologist and CAT therapist specialising in neurodevelopmental conditions. I have worked primarily in the field of Autism, LD and ADHD in secure environments for most of my career in mental health. I now work in private practice and have done since 2017 conducting ASD, ADHD and medico-legal assessments and 1-1 therapy.
I have delivered many training workshops on understanding and supporting people with ASD and ADHD and presented at ACAT conferences and to staff teams on CAT and ASD and using CAT in case management. I am also a visiting lecturer for trainee psychiatrists at the Institute of Psychiatry Psychology and Neuroscience (Kings College, London) on the clinical management of challenging behaviour.
