Working relationships during the pandemic: an interactive webinar for CAT practitioners to copy and try out with their own teams and colleagues presented by Steve Potter

10.00 am - 12.30pm

The coronavirus pandemic has had a sudden and powerful impact on our patterns of relating at work and home.  This interactive webinar shows how to help teams focus on making sense together of the new realities or ‘new normal’ during and after the first phase of this global pandemic.  Several groups internationally and in the UK have found it useful.  This is how the webinar works: we ‘map and talk’ about changes and continuity in ways of relating before the virus, during lockdown through to the stage we are at now. As team members talk the map develops on screen with comments and additions.   A small workbook and measure of changes in relational awareness/relational contract is available to support the work.

Steve Potter is a Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist and has been training teams in relational awareness for many years both in the UK and internationally.  His book 'Therapy with a Map' was published in July 2020.  He is based in London.
