They are intended for professionals who have probably attended an Introduction to CAT workshop or have gained some experience with CAT but who would still consider themselves at the ‘novice’ level and who may wish to increase their confidence in applying the theory, concepts or tools associated with CAT.

Aims of Being Creative with Reciprocal Roles Workshop:

Using a variety of interactive teaching methods, including clinical examples, observation, large and small group exercises and role play to:

  • Teach / revise the concept of Reciprocal Roles and Reciprocal Role Procedures
  • Facilitate the recognition, naming and creative representation of interpersonal dynamics using Reciprocal Roles
  • Apply these concepts to a range of professional relationships, including within supervision and teams

All those attending will receive a certificate of attendance and a Workshop information pack. This includes hand-outs, a reference list and copies of CAT tools used in the workshop.

Caroline Bunting is an ACAT accredited CAT Supervisor and CAT Practitioner. Louise Candey and Helen Homewood are ACAT accredited CAT Practitioners.
