What is ACATonline?
Firstly it is an introduction to Cognitive Analytic Therapy, a short-term form of psychotherapy developed by Dr Anthony Ryle. It explains the core features of the therapy, the goals and practical elements that are found in standard Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
Secondly it is a powerful networking tool for those who are part of The Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy, both practitioners and other professionals who have an interest in the aims and methods of Cognitive Analytic Therapy.
Thirdly it is a resource for CAT Practitioners and Psychotherapists, offering a wide set of materials and writing on CAT, as well as guidelines for practice and peer-to-peer support networks.
