A post for a Senior Nurse Practitioner in Gloucestershire (North), to work within the One Stop team configuration of community services.
The successful candidate will be committed to the principles of person centred service delivery and be able to demonstrate strong nursing and psychological skills. The role requires the person to offer a specialist psychological therapy as a significant part of their remit and to promote and support effective psychological outcomes through multi-disciplinary teams.
This will be delivered through an applied psychological therapies model and will support the person’s therapeutic specialism e.g. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive - Analytic Therapy (CAT), Psychodynamic Therapy, or other.
If appointed, you will join a supportive team at a time of significant change and development. We are therefore seeking candidates who can contribute positively and flexibly to the evolving service.
The Senior Nurse Practitioner is focused on delivering psychological therapy. The post holder will therefore be required to hold:
A recognised qualification in psychological therapy
BABCP or relevant UKCP registration
