ACAT Administrator

ACAT is looking for a part time Administrator to join its small office team in Dorchester, Dorset.  We are seeking an experienced, efficient and competent administrator to work 14 hours per week.  Candidates must possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and be highly competent in Microsoft Office with fast, accurate keyboard skills.  Previous relevant experience is essential in this interesting, varied and very busy post.   The role offers a salary of £11 per hour.

Key areas of work will include:

• administration of the Association’s membership: renewals, rejoining, queries etc
• administrative support to ACAT’s key national committees and AGM
• administration of training courses accredited by ACAT; registration of trainee members
• website updating
• responsibility for maintaining company business requirements and professional listings
• as well as general office duties etc
