First level registered nurse. Working as an autonomous psychotherapy practitioner, providing specialist assessment, formulation and psychotherapy treatment packages, for patients with complex mental health problems within an outpatient clinic setting. Carry overall responsibility for the supervision and management of nursing staff and clinical care delivered on an ongoing basis. The Lanarkshire department where the post is, provides both Cognitive Analytic therapy, and Group Analytic therapy and would suit a nursing professional trained in either modality.
