CAT in Prisons

I often recommend CAT for prisoners in parole reports but I have no idea which prisons offer this. The National Offender Management System has a database of more or less everything which is offered in prisons unless it is through the PCT as that is NHS based. If you could let me know who offers CAT in prisons and NHS units too, it would be very helpful for writers of parole reports, the prisoners and the Parole Board. I could also let NOMS know too which can only help spread the word of CAT.
