Change for the Better - new ebook edition

Change for the Better is now in its fourth edition – it was celebrated at the Manchester conference and is selling well.  It is now available in an electronic version from ebooks.com.  It can be downloaded from ebooks.com onto Kindle Fire, Kobo, Mac, Android, Sony Reader and Apple.

Liz McCormick writes:  “If anyone is prepared to write a review of the 4th edition and post it on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com this edition will begin collecting its stars!  I’m not sure how good a selling point it is but the 2nd and 3rd editions already have a number of stars, and it's all about introducing CAT to the wider world of self help and training.

Thank you!“  Liz

Below are some reviews of the book:

‘An unusual self- help book with real depth' | Sue Gerhardt, author of Why Love Matters: How Affection Shapes a Baby's Brain.

'This is a good book made better. It retains the clear writing and useful exercises of earlier editions but manages to invite an even more comprehensive exploration of the self' |  Dr Anthony Ryle, pioneer of CAT at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals.

'This is a really welcome guide to modern therapy - blending traditional psychological wisdom with a practical cognitive programme that anyone can follow' |  Philip Hodson, psychotherapist and broadcaster.
