Principal Psychotherapist:  Cognitive Analytic Therapy

Part time: 15 hours
Band: 8b

This is a new post within a secondary care psychotherapy service delivering psychotherapy to the locality of South West Kent, which includes the towns of Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and their surrounding areas. The service has a priority to work with clients with complex needs and personality issues. The post holder would offer an assessment, formulation and consultation service to secondary care teams, carry a small CAT caseload and offer supervision to others including CAT practitioners. Candidates would need to be ACAT accredited supervisors. The service is committed to evaluating the outcomes of its clinical service and the post holder would evaluate their work using practice based evidence.
