I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and I work with adults with a range of psychological problems.   Since I qualified as a clinical psychologist I have maintained an interest in a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive therapy and psychodynamic therapy.  I qualified as a CAT practitioner in 2012 and really value using CAT.  It has a structure which holds the therapy but allows plenty of space for freedom and creativity.  The relationship is at the heart of the therapy and together we can create an understanding of your problems and discover changes to those fixed patterns which may no longer be helpful. I have also completed my training in EMDR and can also use this approach either within CAT or separately. I have also qualified as a CAT supervisor which has enhanced my development within CAT. 

I work in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire can work in the evening between 6 - 9pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays. I am happy to have an informal discussion to help you decide whether CAT work with me would be helpful to you.
