Clinical work is undertaken by Dr Lawrence Howells, who is a Clinical Psychologist with a range of therapeutic experience and qualifications. He is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and accredited by the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT). As a Clinical Psychologist he uses a great deal of both CBT and CAT and also incorporates other models into his work. As a result, he is able to tailor his interventions to suit your needs. He also offers supervision and training to other therapists.

The majority of therapy work is undertaken at the Adelaide Therapy Centre in Norwich, Norfolk. It is a nice environment, easy to get to by public transport, and parking is available. A waiting room is provided, which is shared with other healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists and nutritionists.
