I have been in private practice for over thirty years and am the author of a number of psychological self help books, including Change For The Better the CAT self help book. I am a founder of ACAT, supervisor and trainer. I also work from contemplative perspective and have become increasingly interested in the application of mindfulness to all clinical work.
