Background InformationCAT & ACT from a Mindfulness Perspective

Founder of the Bridge Psychotherapy & Counselling Service, I co-lead the team at the Bridge. This is a private clinic located at London Bridge, which for over ten years now has provided a range of psychotherapeutic services including: assessment, counselling for personal and workplace issues, integrative psychotherapy, CAT, CBT, ACT, coaching, mentoring, clinical supervision and teaching. Our team of eight mature and experienced psychotherapists provides services to individuals, organisations, couples and adolescents.

As a clinical psychotherapist, I can provide CAT-based psychotherapy from a Buddhist perspective, making use of personality preference theory and other Jungian tools. The cornerstone of my practice is the notion of self-responsibility. I am also fully trained as an ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) practitioner. I am a member of the Buddhist Society and Past President of the British Association for Psychological Type.

I welcome all to my practice. Further details regarding my interests and qualifications may be found on my website: http://www.bridgepsych.com.

I am available two and a half days per week at the London office -- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and alternate Thursdays. I have only very limited evening availability, and a waiting list for these. However, if you can be seen during working hours, I can usually offer you an appointment within a few days of contacting me.

I look forward to hearing from you.
