| Background Information |
I am currently operating as a CAT practitioner and independent social worker having had some 40 years experience as a social worker, social work trainer and counsellor in a wide variety of settings. I see people in their own homes but if you feel that you would prefer to see me away from your home I can arrange to see you in a confidential setting in Bawtry. I have experience of working with people with a wide range of difficulties but have recently developed a particular interest in offering help to people who struggle to reduce their weight. I feel strongly that the current help available tends to gloss over the emotional aspects of over eating and under exercising. I think CAT has a great deal to offer in this area.
