Journal club - North East and Yorkshire CAT Community of Practice

The next meeting of the NEY CAT Community of Practice is on 16th September 3.30pm – 5pm via MS Teams and will be a journal club session, discussing the article below from Reformulation:
‘Integrating ideas from Internal Family Systems Therapy into Cognitive Analytic Therapy’ by Carol Gregory, Alison Jenaway and Melanie Lee
You don’t need to know anything about IFS as we will be talking about our reflections on the article and how we might use some ideas from IFS to enrich our CAT practice.
No need to book – this event is open to everyone in the region, and a link for the event as well as details of how to join the Community of Practice are below. If you just want to come along to listen, learn, and reflect then you are most welcome. We look forward to seeing you on the day.
