About you:

We are looking for a number of passionate and dedicated psychotherapists (UKCP/BCP) and/or Cognitive Analytical Therapists (CAT) to join a number of our Integrated Psychological Therapies Services, working as part of CMHTs.  We have positions, part-time and full-time across Bracknell CMHT and Slough CMHT:  There may also be opportunities to work across other services in line with service need.

We are looking for someone with experience in delivering direct clinical work, who has exceptional communication and people skills and experience of delivering specialist psychological services, individually and in groups to clients in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will also have skills in psychological assessment and formulation of complex presentations, with knowledge of the range of evidence-based psychological interventions in adult mental health.  You will also have a thorough understanding of the theory and practice of appropriate specialised psychological therapies.

You will work as a valued member of the Community Mental Health Teams within Psychological Therapies, and will contribute to working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including risk management and safety planning, co-working with other professional disciplines and where appropriate, you may also be involved in teaching, consultation and liaison to multidisciplinary mental health staff.  Working autonomously, you will have experience of services that operate the Care Programme Approach.  You will also engage in appropriate research activities for audit and service evaluation as the service/Trust requires

You will have great IT skills and be familiar with electronic patient recording systems and software packages. You will need access to your own car and be able to travel independently to locations across Berkshire.
