Vestige Healthcare invites applications from Psychologists & Psychotherapists with experience of Cognitive Analytic Therapy to join our Therapy Services Team delivering high-quality interventions in our innovative in-patient, psychologically-informed environments across the West Midlands.

A motivated, compassionate individual will join our established MDT to undertake comprehensive assessment, develop formulations that guide consultation and care and offer evidence-based therapies. The role will also include supervision and support of other therapists and members of the MDT in the service as we continue to develop CAT-led psychologically-informed environments.

Vestige healthcare is an independent mental health care provider delivering innovative, person-centred, recovery-focussed care in 3 facilities across the West Midlands; a 16-25 year olds in-patient transition service with high dependency provision in Nuneaton, a mixed, adult in-patient high dependency rehabilitation facility in Dudley and a mixed, adult residential rehabilitation facility in West Bromwich. Our service is multi-disciplinary offering psychologically-led care based upon a CAT-consultation model that involves the whole team to support service users to achieve reduced risk, improved well-being and increased independence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a competent practitioner to deliver CAT therapy and consultation and to contribute to research and service development. We are interested to hear from individuals with a wide range of therapeutic skills, however, experience of CAT is desirable and interest in pursuing the CAT model is essential to service delivery.

The post is open to Full-time and Part-time applicants and we encourage flexible working for mutual benefit. The salary is in the region of 8A & is negotiable based upon skills and experiences.
