CAT sessions include discussion of difficulties and space to be with feelings. It also uses personalised diagrams to capture relational dynamics and options to trying new ways of being with yourself and others.  

I work in private practice following many years working  within the NHS. I am located just north of Edgware on the road to St Albans in close proximity to the M25 junctions 21 and M1 junctions 7 and 8 and local bus servcies operating between Hatfield and Borehamwood BR station.The  601 Uno bus service from Welwyn Garden City to Borehamwood stops outside the therapy address at AL2 2NF .

I am a UKCP registered CAT Psychotherapist and ACAT  accredited Supervisor in Private Practice with over 25 years of  CAT clinical experience worknig in the NHS, within three NHS specialist psychotherapy services and supervising groups of  CAT trainees from a number of Universities. I have authored CAT articles in Reformulation and Inscape.

Addionally I am BAAT and HCPC registered Art Therapist and this can be used within CAT if client would like to use this expressive method (see CAT chapter in the book'Time-Limited Art Psychotherapy.'Pub;Routledge )


 I now work exclusivley in Private Practice.

I offer; Stand alone CAT or CAT integrated with Art Psychotherapy,  Counselling, Mentoring,Time-limited , Brief and Long-Term Therapy. CAT supervision.
