This experiential two day workshop provides an introduction to the key elements and concepts of Cognitive Analytic Therapy. By utilising a mixture of taught small group activity and experiential learning, delegates will be invited to bring clinical material for consideration utilising the framework and methodology of CAT.
The CAT Approach is suitable for all mental health professionals involved in providing psychologically informed healthcare and helps professionals to identify and consider their part in the reciprocal role when working with patients.
Julie Rogers is a CAT Practitioner and Supervisor and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with many years’ experience in mental health, formerly as a RMN and more latterly as a Psychotherapist.
