This event is open to CAT Supervisors, Trainee Supervisors and CAT Trainers and is free to attend
The day will run from 9.00 for 9.30am start, until 3.30 - 4.00pm.
Despite the lockdown, things in the psychotherapy world continue to move forward apace, and this time we are focusing on new developments in training and supervision. We have new guidelines from the HIPC regarding inclusion of Equality and Diversity Training in our courses, supervision and practice; the launch of the new Modular Supervisor Training Programme which you can help put the finishing touches to; and with the recently published CAT Competences Framework, we can consider how we harness this in CAT training and supervision to enhance the development of CAT trainees and supervisees. We can also use it to reflect on our own practice. There will be the opportunity to reflect on these issues in small working groups and with creativity. We will forward a programme and pre-reading material at the beginning of March.
