Cherry Boa is a senior CAT practitioner and supervisor – a founder member who worked with Anthony Ryle in St Thomas’s hospital as she was developing and refining the method. For several of the early years, she undertook the Introductory programme in London and the regions.
Cherry also worked for many years in the NHS and in education and is now mainly in private practice. CAT – its theoretical basis and methodological application informs all her clinical work. She specialises in ‘couple therapy’ and finds the CAT way of thinking particularly helpful in disentangling complex problems.
