We are looking to appoint a Cognitive Analytic Psychotherapist to the Hertfordshire Community Eating Disorders Service. The service has grown significantly over recent years and you will join a multi-disciplinary team including other psychologists/psychotherapists. The Service provides a comprehensive range of specialist therapeutic interventions for adults who suffer from moderate/severe eating disorders across the whole of Hertfordshire.
You will provide psychological assessments and interventions using Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) in the treatment of people with a range of eating disorders. You will be accredited with a relevant professional body (i.e. UKCP).
You must be an enthusiastic individual, an experienced mental health professional with a commitment to high standards of practice and service delivery and enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Some experience of working with people with eating disorders is desirable but not essential. Supervision will be made available.
The Trust operates a robust Continuing Professional Development system within a Performance Management framework, including an annual appraisal and CPD review.
