Introductory Course in CAT - offered by Suffolk GP Federation

This brief course, facilitated by Dr Alison Jenaway and Dr Sarah Leggett, offers an opportunity to learn some of the basics of cognitive analytic therapy (CAT).  The format will be a combination of lectures and clinical exercises aimed at helping people see how CAT can be helpful in our work with patients.  It is open to all staff working in mental and physical health, with a relevant interest in building their understanding of CAT.
