We would like you and your colleagues to make an international contribution with a workshop, paper, seminar or poster on any aspect of Cognitive Analytic Therapy in practice.  This is the sixth international conference and we want to celebrate and help the development of CAT in many countries.  In particular we want to explore the variety of applications of CAT to relational approaches to mental health whether through individual, group, team or contextual work.  All are welcome whether you are experienced in CAT, trained or untrained, newcomers or experts.

The hotel offers a creative and delightful setting with its own beach and two swimming pools, one of which adjoins the conference centre.   There are fantastic views across the sea to the mountains of Northern Greece.

We imagine many people will arrive on the Thursday evening in advance of several pre-conference workshops offering the opportunity to share and explore a particular CAT topic at length and in detail prior to the formal start of the conference programme at 5.30 on the Friday evening, followed by a reception and conference dinner.   There will be workshops and presentations throughout Saturday and Sunday with a Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening with traditional Greek food and music.   The conference will end at 5.00 pm on the Sunday and those staying for the Sunday evening will be welcome to take part in additional informal discussions and a meal at a local restaurant.

One of the pre-conference workshops will be a review of the basic concepts and methods of CAT for those new to the model or who would like to take part in a refresher course.  This will be in English and Greek.
