09:30 – 10:15 A service user's perspective on working with staff teams:  A conversation about contextual reformulation (Beth Greenhill facilitating)
Presenters: Expert by Experience (tbc), Sarah Wolfe, Adele Hurst, Jenna Kirtley and Amanda Roberts
10:15 – 11:00 David Wilberforce will present a paper on ‘Beyond caring – cared for’ which takes forward his previous work published in the CAT ID book
11:00 – 11:15 Coffee
11:15 – 12:00 Working with forensic staff teams using CAT’s relational perspective, Lianne Franks and Philip Clayton
12:00 – 12:45 A CAT approach to positive behavioural support, Beth Greenhill and Jo Varella
12:45 – 13:30 Lunch
13:30 – 13:45 A round-up of morning proceedings and questions
13:45 – 14:45 A staff team describe their experiences of CAT team work, facilitated by Helen Frain
14:45 – 15:25 Findings on using the Helpers Dance with community learning disability staff, Graham Staunton
15:25 – 15:40 Coffee
15:40 – 16:25 A CQC role play, “An Inspector Calls!!”, Michelle Anwyl, Emily Handley and Beth Greenhill (Julie Lloyd and Pam Mount to map live)
