The Insight Network is a fast growing psychotherapy service currently treating over 300 people per year. We are looking for an experienced, innovative and organised mental health practitioner to lead our London based therapy team in delivering effective, personalised individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and all our therapists are accredited by their respective professional body.

As Therapy Services Manager you will manage and lead a team of therapists in assessing patients, planning care and providing therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate with and direct the clinical team, monitor the effectiveness of therapies and also provide direct patient treatment as required. You will need to be an ambitious and innovative manager who supports the team on a daily basis and can successfully initiate and manage change. You will report to the Clinical Director who has responsibility for all the centres across the UK.

Who we are looking for:
• Ability to demonstrate management and leadership skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge whilst complying with all statutory regulations and policies essential.
• At least 2 years experience as a Senior Practitioner leading and supervising a clinical team essential.
• Previous experience of working in psychotherapy and/or mental health services essential.
• Registered with UKCP, BABCP or BPS essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience in assessing patients presenting with emotional and psychological problems desirable
• Group therapy experience (psychoeducational and/or dynamic) desirable.
• Experience in private practice desirable
