37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Guernsey to have a central role in a new multi-disciplinary Eating Disorder Service. We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced practitioner for this new role.
Based within the Psychological Therapies and Interventions Service, the successful candidate will lead a specialist, evidence based, therapeutic service for the residence of Guernsey who have a diagnosed Eating Disorder. The Eating Disorder team will provide assessment and therapeutic intervention both on an in-patient and out-patient basis.
In addition to leading the team, the successful candidate will be required to provide specialist psychotherapeutic interventions, provide clinical supervision to colleagues and provide advice and consultation on clients’ psychotherapeutic care.
This is a joint appointment with Vincent Square Eating Disorder Service, Central and Northwest London NHS Foundation Trust, where our in-patient facilities are based. CPD and supervision will be provided by the specialists based in this unit.
The post will carry a 15 year Housing Licence linked to the employment contract and an attractive relocation package.
