Psychologist/Psychological Therapist and Deputy Manager of the PTI service – ID 7741
Salary: Band 8A up to £53,698 plus an annual bonus of £1,075
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the multi-professional secondary care Psychological Therapies and Interventions (PTI) service on Guernsey. The Service provides a variety of psychological therapies and community mental health support to the adult residents of Guernsey. You will be joining an enthusiastic and dynamic team.
The successful candidate will hold a personal caseload providing complex Psychological assessment, treatment and consultation work with individuals, couples and groups of Service Users with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
The post holder will provide clinical supervision and leadership within the Deputy Manager role and will stand in for the Manager of the service when necessary. They will also support the PTI Manager within the areas of quality, audit, policy and service development, and research activities, as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be a registered Applied Psychologist or an accredited Psychological Therapist and will work within their Governing Body’s Code of Conduct. Clinical supervision will be provided as will funds to ensure continuing professional development
