Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire: C.A.T Introductory Course for Healthcare Professionals (Online Learning)

Recognising how pressed Healthcare Professionals can be for time, Dawn and Hayden at Learn with Cognitive Analytic Therapy Oxfordshire Ltd, have developed a completely online Introductory Course to CAT. The benefit of studying in this way includes:

• Studying at a time and pace that suits you
• Studying in an environment that is conducive to your own learning
• The ability to rewind and revisit modules as needed
• Minimum disruption to your life

The course is made up of 12 modules that systematically work through the CAT model, introducing the structure, theoretical background, and CAT specific tools. Throughout the course, you are encouraged to reflect on your practice and to bring all your learning together by applying this to your own case example.
