Overview of workshop
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the way we work with Cognitive Analytic Therapy with more therapies being offered online or by phone. After the lockdown, we believe our ways of working will have changed permanently, with more use of blended therapies, combining face to face work with new technologies. This day aims to build awareness of ways CAT can be blended, supported, enhanced and delivered using digital technologies. It provides an opportunity to learn about the recently developed CAT app, designed to support face to face therapy practice. Participants will take away practical tools, skills and resources for continuing their journey with digital CAT.
