ACAT is moving to a new website shortly. Due to unforeseen technical issues, the launch has been postponed briefly until Tuesday, 6th May.
In preparation, this website no longer lets members renew their membership. ACAT Administration are likewise unable to process membership renewals until the new site opens.
Please do not update any personal details on your member/friend profile, as changes at this point will not be transferred to the new site.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to welcoming you to a new website after the Early May bank holiday.
Annual General Meeting

The AGM will take place at 12 noon on Friday, 21st April 2023
University of Winchester, West Downs Quarter, Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 5FT.
Formal notice was sent via email to members on 7th November 2022, with a request for agenda items to be received by 6th January 2023.
The period for receiving items for the agenda has now closed.
The AGM booklet of papers and separate accounts are now available for download at the end of this page. Please also note the Addendum which is to be discussed under Agenda Item 6 (additional paper).
The booklet will not be printed.
Nominations to the Board of Trustees - nominations have now closed
Nominations opened on Tuesday, 21st February 2023, and closed at noon on Monday, 13th March. Nominations received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Voting by Proxy - now closed
Requests for a proxy vote opened on 3rd April and closed at 5pm on 18th April. Any received after that date cannot be counted.
