Annual General Meeting
21st April 2023


The AGM will take place at 12 noon on Friday, 21st April 2023

University of Winchester, West Downs Quarter, Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 5FT.

Formal notice was sent via email to members on 7th November 2022, with a request for agenda items to be received by 6th January 2023.

The period for receiving items for the agenda has now closed.

The AGM booklet of papers and the accounts will be able to view on the website in early April.  The booklet will not be printed.

Nominations to the Board of Trustees

Nominations will open on Tuesday, 21st February 2023, and will close at noon on Monday, 13th March.  A nomination form will be available from 21st February, and may be downloaded from the website.  Nominations received after the closing date cannot be accepted.

Voting by Proxy

If you are a full member wishing to vote on the reports and nominations but unable to attend the AGM in person, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.  A proxy form will be available for download from the website in early April.  Requests for a proxy vote must be received by 18th April.  Any received after that date cannot be counted.
