- Member of the Council of Management
- Administration management and staffing
- ACAT business function - insurances, data protection, GDPR, contracts, DBS checks, etc
- ACAT’s committees and associated work - Trustees, Council of Management, Training Committee, Exam Board, Ethics Committee, EDIC, Annual Research meeting
- ACAT’s Annual General Meeting
- Complaints and concerns
- Supervisor training and accreditation
- ACAT’s generic Training Handbook
- Annual conference
- CPD, etc, budget approvals
- Website maintenance
ACAT Administrator and Exam Board Administrator (accreditations) - Alison Marfell
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (9am to 5pm) – alison.marfell@acat.me.uk | 07379 359728 (during working hours)
Main responsibilities:
- Membership - renewals and payments; re-joining and other issues
- CPD events, including Relational Skills Residential
- Accreditation submissions to the ACAT Exam Board, and related issues (except supervisor)
- Bespoke training
- Annual Conference – administration lead
- Annual CPD Audit and Psychotherapist Re-Accreditation
- Reformulation
- Online Library
- Copyright Licence
- Private practice and private supervisor listings
- UKCP and HIPC, including registering of newly accredited supervisors
- Social Media and Twitter liaison
- SIGs
- Website maintenance
ACAT Financial Administrator and Training Administrator - Louise Barter
Tuesday and Thursday (9am to 5pm) and Wednesday (9am to 3pm) - louisebarter@acat.me.uk | 07849 478 026 (during working hours)
Main responsibilities:
- ACAT Finance and Accounts
- ACAT bespoke promotional events – financial arrangements
- ACAT Annual Conference – financial arrangements
- Training finance – collection of ACAT fees across all courses, IRRAPT and South London course fees
- Gift Aid
- Expense claims and payments
- Payroll
- Training administration for Skills Case Management, One Year Foundation, DClinPsych embedded Foundation, Practitioner, and IRRAPT
- Collation of marks for all training courses; and Moderator reports
- Registration etc of all new trainees
- Website maintenance
