Anxiety, depression, self-harm, using alcohol and drugs to our detriment can all be symptoms of the difficulties we have encountered in our lives. Sometimes these symptoms are obvious but sometimes the effects are more subtle and we may experience a general sense of unhappiness, feeling different, isolating ourselves or struggling with relationships and family life.
I'm a qualified CAT Pratitioner and mental health nurse with over 20 years experience working predominantly with people who have experienced adverse childhoods and find they are still affected by these issues as adults. I work both privately and with the NHS as a CAT therapist.
If you are wondering if CAT can help you please contact me for an initial consultation on 07582236364 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If I'm not available please leave a voicemail and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
I have appointments available on Wednesdays only, Newcastle and I also offer telephone therapy as an alternative to face to face appointments.
Practitioner therapy training also undertaken.
March 2018 I don't have any current availability but if you have any queries or concerns please feel free to contact me.
