Online [Maria Kaltsi]

I am a Clinical Psychologist and an accredited CAT practitioner and CBT therapist with a growing interest and training in Internal Family Systems therapy. I work in secondary care mental health services and I also have a small private remote practice. I am passionate about CAT and can use the model flexibly and creatively to suit your individual needs. I have a special interest in working with developmental trauma drawing on Polyvagal theory and Internal Family Systems therapy, a highly effective way of healing the wounded parts of ourselves and restoring harmony and a deep feeling of safety. 

I offer 8, 16, 24 session CAT and there is also the opportunity to engage in therapy for a longer period. I also offer therapy to trainee therapists.
