I am a CAT Practitioner in private practice in central Exeter seeing clients typically face to face or whilst in the coronavirus situation am using online methods, from Exeter, Torbay and Plymouth area.  I am also working for the NHS in Devon.

Whilst we are in lockdown in the coronavirus situation I am using online methods, Zoom, FaceTime or Whatsapp Video.

I have been a therapist for 20 years with diplomas in CAT, Psychodynamic and Addiction counselling. I have experience and training in working within a varied range of mental health issues.

I have been a qualified CATPractioner for 13 years, my interest in CAT is because it incorporates Psychodynamic theory and Cognitive Psychology and at its heart it concerned with the way we relate to ourselves and other people often from our childhood experiences.

Exeter, Devon.

Solis Rooms are located in Central Exeter, 8 mins from Exeter Central Station, car parks are nearby including Princess Hay, John Lewis and The Guildhall carpark.
