I am an accredited CAT Practitioner with 25 years of experience working as a nurse and therapist in NHS mental health services.  I also offer EMDR therapy for Trauma related problems.

A compassionate and mindful approach to a variety of emotional , relationship/family and mental health problems.

I offer some weekday, evening and weekend sessions. Therapy duration from 8-32 sessions.
