Hello, I am Beckie Davies, a Cognitive Analytic Therapist  based in Norwich, Norfolk. I have 25 years experience of working therapeutically with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties. 

CAT can help us understand, recognise and soften unhelpful patterns of relating: to ourselves and to others, and make changes in our lives... in the right direction.
