I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience working in the NHS in a range of different services, providing psychological therapies to adults with mental health and/or physical health difficulties. I currently work in the NHS in a clinical health psychology service in Cambridgeshire. I have worked with people with a wide range of emotional difficulties, mental health conditions and relational difficulties, and have specialist experience of working with a range of physical health conditions (for example, fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal conditions resulting in persistent pain, renal disease, cancer and palliative care, digestive diseases). I also have experience in supervising trainee clinical psychologists, other psychological therapists and other health professionals.

I am approved by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) as Practitioner Psychologist and am registered with the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT) as an Accredited CAT Practitioner.

I have recently set up a small private practice in Bedford offering individual therapy. I deliver evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT), and draw on other therapeutic models and techniques to inform my practice depending on the individual’s needs.
