Web-site restrictions

ACAT is moving to a new website shortly. Due to unforeseen technical issues, the launch has been postponed briefly until Tuesday, 6th May.

In preparation, this website no longer lets members renew their membership. ACAT Administration are likewise unable to process membership renewals until the new site opens.

Please do not update any personal details on your member/friend profile, as changes at this point will not be transferred to the new site.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to welcoming you to a new website after the Early May bank holiday.

Dr Joanna Ringrose

Chartered Clinical Psychologist & ACAT Registered CAT Practitioner

Grow Psychology

I have over 20 years’ experience working in Clinical Psychology within the NHS, with an extensive background in Adult Mental Health and more recently as a Clinical Lead within Adolescent and Young Adult Mental Health. I specialise in psychological therapy and intervention with adolescents and adults. I am a specialist in working with complex trauma alongside many years of experience working with the full spectrum of depression, anxiety, adjustment and emotion regulation difficulties.

I am experienced in a variety of therpies, including CAT, CBT, EMDR and DBT, with a specialism in CAT. I find CAT to be a flexible therapy which can incorporate elements of the above approaches. CAT therefore allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and preferences. I offer CAT therapy and consultation to adolescents and adults. I welcome clients for face to face therapy in clinics in Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and am also able to offer remote sessions via Zoom, as per your preference. I can be contacted via email: jo@grow-psychology.co.uk or mobile: 07552 482742.
