I am a CAT Practitioner and ACAT accredited supervisor. I am also a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, DBT therapist and EMDR Therapist. Having worked in the NHS for more than 25 years with people with complex mental health and relational difficulties, I am now transitioning towards working full time as an independent practitioner. My private practice is based in Chelmsford, Essex working with individuals and couples aged 18 years and above. I also provide online therapy accross the UK

I am able to offer day-time and evening appointments between 9 am and 8 pm.
