I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapy practitioner, registered with the British Psychological Society, the Health and Care Professions Council and ACAT.

Since 2010, I have worked with people with a variety of mental health problems in the NHS, including working in a leading specialist eating disorder service and general adult mental health services in London. I work with people experiencing mild to severe and enduring mental health difficulties including eating disorders, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.

For many, seeking therapy can be anxiety provoking. It is important to me that we support you in creating a safe place to explore your difficulties, however overwhelmed or stuck you may feel. In therapy, we will first look at understanding what it is that you would like to explore or change, before looking at what might be keeping your difficulties going. From here, we can best consider where to support you to make the changes that feel right for you.

Having previously worked on the development of NICE Guidelines with the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health, providing an evidence-based therapy is central to my work. My main models of working include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. The use of these models allows me to help my clients to focus either on a particular symptom that they might like to change, or to take a bigger picture perspective, looking at how individuals relate to themselves and the world around them.

I am available on Monday and Wednesday evenings. My practice is located in Wimbledon Village, a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away from Wimbledon Rail Station.
