I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been qualified in CAT since 2009. I work with adults and older adults. Specialist clinical areas are brain injury, trauma and abuse.
CAT can be used for a wide range of emotional problems but I think it is most useful for people who have had long-standing anxiety, low mood, relationship problems and/or low self-esteem. I am happy to discuss any questions you have about the therapy or your suitability for it.
I am a warm, honest, approachable therapist and have a genuine enthusiasm in enabling people to make a real difference in their lives.
I usually see clients in Rugby but am happy to travel if required.
