I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been qualified in CAT since 2009. I work with adolescents, adults and older adults. 

CAT can be used for a wide range of emotional problems but I think it is most useful for people who have had long-standing anxiety, low mood, relationship problems and/or low self-esteem. I am happy to discuss any questions you have about the therapy or your suitability for it.

I am a warm, honest, approachable therapist and have a genuine enthusiasm for enabling people to make a real difference in their lives.

Location

I can offer sessions online or face-to-face.  I am based in central Rugby. 

Working Hours

Thursday & Friday 9am-6pm.
