Drawing on more than 30 years’ experience of working with adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties in the NHS I am now able to work privately to offer individual therapy to adults either in person in Eccleshall, Staffordshire or online.
I offer CAT and EMDR and can draw on other approaches to tailor treatment to individual circumstances.
I do have specialist experience in treating sufferers of eating disorders and am willing to work with these issues if it is going to be clinically safe to do so in a private setting.
I am an accredited CAT practitioner and fully trained in EMDR and a member of the BACP.
I can offer sessions on Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays.
Please do get in contact to have an informal discussion and let’s see if I can help.
