I am an accredited Cognitive Analytical Therapy practitioner with previous training as a Registered Mental Health nurse. I have extensive expertise working across NHS based mental health services. Furthermore, I am also a qualified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol devised by Dr Stephen Porges (SSP). 

I offer private therapy online but hope to start face to face contact towards the end of 2021.
