I am a Clinical Psychologist, with over 12 years' experience in mental health across the life span. I work collaboratively with clients to make sense of, and work through, the challenges that have brought them to therapy. I believe that by creating a safe and non-judgemental environment, identifying strengths, and working relationally and compassionately with clients, it is possible to bring about life-long, positive change in a person's relationship with themselves and others. 

I am trained in, and draw from, multiple therapeutic models, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), EMDR, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Narrative approaches, according to clients' needs.
